Modern Warfare 2 Preview

Ever since the announcement of Modern Warfare 2, the internet has been buzzing on what changes could be made to make one of the greatest games even better. With just days before the release of the game there are some rumors and situations I would like to address.
The biggest problem I have right now is not with the game itself. It is the people playing illegal copies of the game attempting to spoil it for the rest of us.
One rumor that is fairly new is that the game will not allow party chats. On XBOX Live, you can have party chats with up to 7 of your online friends. This presents an advantage against the other team where you will be able to chat with friends playing the game while you would normally be muted waiting to spawn.
IF THIS IS TRUE - I'm shocked really it took this long to come up with this. Being in a clan, it is a very huge advantage to have a party chat. The bad part is not being able to chat with other friends not playing the game. If you're the only one playing, you won't be able to chat with your other friends playing other games. Hopefully, there will be an update that will allow you to be in a party chat as long as none of them are playing the game with you.
There are other rumors surrounding Modern Warfare 2 that I hope to get to before the release.
PARTY CHAT UPDATE
Originally all articles that I read pointed toward to play any type of multiplayer, you would have to be in the game chat. Supposedly this only applies to Search and Destroy.
For players yet to play CoD4, in Search and Destroy there are 7 rounds. The first team to win 4 rounds, wins the match. You have one life per round. When you die you go into spectate mode where you can watch surviving members of your team. If you are in game chat, when you die, the people that are still alive can no longer hear your. If you are in party chat, your team can still hear you. The advantage is that in spectate mode you can look around corners and warn your teammates where the enemy is.
